COMMERCIAL ASSOCIATE: JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: Uganda (work from home)
Duties And Responsibilities
- Providing the sales/commercial team with the requisite support that will enable acceleration of sales. This includes:
- Developing and refining sales templates and communication e.g proposals, concept notes and presentations
- Developing and improving sales tools
- Carrying out market research
- Handling some sales directly which will include:
- Setting up and attending client meetings/calls
- Contacting prospective clients and prequalifying them based on their needs vs Pula products and model
- Liaising with relevant teams internally to ensure the client has accurate and reliable information
- Follow up with clients to ensure you close the deal.
- Any other duties as assigned to you by your manager.
Knowledge & Skills Required
- Strong customer service focus with a highly professional attitude and approach to business
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- Must have the ability to handle multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced team environment
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Minimum Education & Experience Required
- University degree with First Class or Upper Second honours
- Experience in a professional setting is required
- Sales experience would be preferable - kindly highlight it in your CV
